Cashback is a saving, not an income
Valvia gives back part of what you spend on purchases you'd make anyway. It isn't a way to earn money, and not every purchase qualifies.
A purchase may not earn cashback when
- the order is cancelled, returned or exchanged
- a coupon not shown on the Valvia offer is used
- the product or payment method is excluded
- tracking is blocked or the order isn't completed in the same visit
- the store doesn't confirm the order

Is Valvia free?
Yes. There's no fee to join, shop or withdraw. Partner stores pay us a commission; you don't.
Do I pay more when shopping through Valvia?
No. Prices are set by the store and are the same as visiting it directly.
When can I withdraw cashback?
Once the store confirms your order, usually 30 to 90 days after purchase depending on its return policy. The expected time is shown on each offer.
What if a purchase doesn't show up?
If it hasn't tracked within 72 hours, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details and we'll raise it with the store.
